About the Space
Traffic Jam! Studio is located in the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago. Hourly rental is available for dance classes, workshops, private events, and more. We offer:
1200 sq ft open studio space with mirrors
50 chairs available for use
Three 6-foot folding tables
Three 2.5-foot bar height cafe tables
Pricing varies by type of event, but typical pricing is as follows:
Dance rehearsal rentals $25-45/hr
Parties and private events starting at $65/hr
Classes & workshops starting at $50/hr

Studio Rental Policies
By requesting a reservation, you are agreeing to the following policies.
Rentals are not officially reserved until payment has been received.
Door codes and studio access/sound system instructions will be sent within 24 hrs of payment being received.
Rentals can be canceled with a full refund with at least 72 hrs notice or canceled with their fees credited towards a future session with at least 24 hrs notice (aside from extreme weather or other emergencies).
Rentals include use of the sound system in the price as well as any chairs present in the studio at the time. Any additional table, chair, or lighting rentals will be priced according to the needs of the rental.
Renters must follow all opening/closing procedures exactly, including putting the thermostat back on schedule and locking the door when leaving at the end of their rental.
