4-Week Class Cancellation/Refund Policy

To help us maintain an optimal class balance, you may cancel your class up to 48 hours before the start of the session and receive a full refund. If your cancellation is less than 48 hours in advance, but before the start of the session, you may cancel your class and receive a credit in the full amount to attend a future class. After the start of a session, a 50% credit to attend a future class will be provided. No refunds or credits will be provided for missing class, or after week 3. Please contact hello@trafficjamswing.com to make cancellation requests.

Workshop Cancellation/Refund Policy

To help us maintain an optimal class balance, you may cancel your workshop up to 48 hours before the start of the workshop and receive a full refund. No refunds are available within 48 hours of the start of the workshop.

Assumption of Risk, Waiver, and Release

As a condition of your admission to Traffic Jam! Swing Events, whether as an active participant or observer of others, you acknowledge that attendance at, or participation in, Traffic Jam! Swing Events involves a risk of injury or loss to yourself and others resulting from physical activities occurring before, during and after such events, as well as from the consumption of alcohol by yourself and others at such Events. By signing this Waiver and Release, you agree, for yourself and for your representatives, heirs and assigns, that you have hereby waived and released all claims, demands and liabilities against Traffic Jam Swing, Inc. (“TJS”). and its employees, officers, directors, agents or members, for injury to person or property sustained in whole or in part from your participation in or attendance at Traffic Jam! Swing Events, and whether such injuries are anticipated or unanticipated, whether based on strict liability or for negligence, whether active or passive.

Recording Consent and Release

As a condition of your admission to Traffic Jam! Swing Events, whether as an active participant or observer of others, you authorize Traffic Jam Swing, Inc. (“TJS”), acting through its agents, employees, or representatives, to take photos, videos, and make audio recordings of the you, which will include your image, likeness, performance, and voice (“Recordings”) during the course of Traffic Jam! Swing Events. You further grant TJS an unlimited right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, perform, broadcast, create derivative works from, and distribute Recordings in any manner or through any media which now exists or hereafter may be developed, in perpetuity, throughout the world for any purpose, including but not limited to, marketing, advertising, publicity, or other promotional purposes without compensation or reward.
