Class Sequence

We’ve recently updated our class sequence! Here is a rundown of the new class progression. If you’ve never taken classes with us and are interested in signing up for a class with pre-requisites, please sign up for our 30-minute instructor evaluation so we can determine your eligibility. You will receive a $20 discount on your recommended class if you decide to register.

All classes within a level are designed to be taken in any order unless otherwise specified.

• Beginner—This is designed for absolute beginners, no experience at all needed!
