  • Swap triple steps, a syncopated rhythm crucial to Lindy Hop, into your basics

  • Connect in 3 different hand holds - cross hands, opposite hands, and opposite cross hands

  • Learn rotating rock steps and how to use rotational momentum

  • Do inside turns and free turns from any hand connection

  • Learn how to do tuck turns in cross hands
