Refund Policy
At Traffic Jam! Swing, we understand that circumstances can change and plans may need to be adjusted. Our refund policy for Second City Swingout event tickets is designed to provide flexibility while also ensuring the sustainability of our events. Last minute cancellations affect our ability to pay for our instructors, performers, and venues, and affects the balance of our classes and workshops.
Partial Refunds by Date
Requests for refunds received by April 28, 2024 will be eligible for a 100% refund of the ticket price.
Requests for refunds received by June 10, 2024 will be eligible for a 50% refund of the ticket price.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for requests received after June 10, 2024.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@secondcityswingout.com with your name, order number, and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date the refund request is approved.
Transferring Tickets
If you are unable to attend Second City Swingout, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another individual until June 24, 2024. Please contact us at hello@secondcityswingout.com to make arrangements for ticket transfer.
