The California Routine is a choreography created by Frankie Manning for Whitey's Lindy Hoppers while the group was filming movies like Hellzapoppin' out in California. In the 1980s, Al Minns began teaching the routine to students and now it's a part of the culture of Lindy Hop that you should learn! Students will have the chance to perform the routine later that night at Traffic Jam!
